Job Summary

Conduct clinical assessments and triage youth aged 5–17 in behavioral health or substance use crises at the Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care center. Collaborate with nurses to determine next steps, guide care flow, and coordinate internal and external referrals while maintaining thorough documentation. Provide virtual crisis support to other locations as needed and ensure culturally responsive, strengths-based support for families. This role supports seamless transitions of care with community partners to prevent unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement. Preferred for those seeking to make a lasting difference in underserved rural communities through whole-person care.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in Crisis Services
  • PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
  • CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, or CCDP certification

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology
  • High School or equivalent education (if qualifying as a Qualified Addiction Professional)
