Crisis Clinician or Clinical Trainee (On-call)

Job Summary
In-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention as part of a mobile crisis response team, providing services for children, adults, and families during after-hours and weekends, with telehealth options. Responsibilities include delivering crisis services in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), in the community, and via telehealth; working in a hybrid on-call schedule (Chaska, MN). Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling with LICSW/LMFT/LP/LPCC licensure for Clinicians, or pursuing licensure for Clinical Trainees. Preferred experience includes in-home or crisis services and familiarity with Electronic Health Records and telehealth.
