Job Summary
Join the Mobile Crisis Response Team as a Crisis Clinician, where you'll provide immediate intervention and support for individuals in crisis. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, crisis counseling, and triaging clients to appropriate services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Health Care Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in related environment (mental health, group homes, prison, detention centers, etc.)
- Current and clear Florida Driver's License
- Working with and relating to a diversity of diverse cultural/social/economic backgrounds
- Program implementation skills
- Competency in age-related or specialty issues/developmental needs
- Assessment, diagnosis and treatment regarding severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders
- Ability to effectively utilize available resources to ensure a comprehensive, holistic and integrated treatment approach that supports evidence-based practices
- Well-founded clinical and risk management skills
- Flexibility, accessibility, working after hours, including some weekends, to ensure accountability and integrity
- Exceptional skills in organization (time and information) and communication (written and verbal)
- Staying compliant on all trainings and immunizations
- Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check

- Microsoft Office 365 skills (Including Teams/Video Conferencing) and Electronic Medical Records experience
