Crisis Clinician - Boston CBHC AMCI

Crisis Clinician provides direct crisis intervention and engages both youth and adults in the Mobile Crisis Intervention program, conducting on-site assessments, developing treatment plans to ensure safety, and facilitating engagement with community-based services. The role involves collaboration with families, police, and community partners; delivering brief crisis intervention and risk management/safety planning; leading or co-leading therapeutic groups when assigned to the CCS unit; and documenting assessments and interventions in accordance with Bay Cove standards. Requires a Master’s-level clinician (license preferred) with demonstrated crisis assessment and treatment skills, ability to de-escalate crises, strong organization and communication abilities, and a Massachusetts driver's license with a personal vehicle for work-related travel. Bilingual applicants are encouraged, with pay differential for certain languages. The position is non-exempt and hourly, with availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
