Job Summary
Provide direct medical and nursing support to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis; assist with admission screenings and determine continued eligibility; address basic medical needs and implement goal-directed care plans; participate in healthcare education with clients; work with an interdisciplinary crisis intervention team; provide oversight to personnel administering medical care; maintain trauma-informed and culturally responsive care practices.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Idaho as EMS/EMT, LPN, or RN
- Experience working with individuals experiencing severe or chronic mental illness preferred
- Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
- Strong communication and crisis-intervention skills
