Job Summary
Crisis Case Manager to deliver intensive, goal-directed behavioral health services to children and adults experiencing elevated mental health symptoms; provide crisis stabilization, mobile crisis response, and community-based care coordination — helping individuals remain safely in the least restrictive environment possible. Responsibilities include in-person and phone crisis stabilization, collaboration with caregivers and community partners to implement crisis support plans, timely updates on consumer status and interventions, support for high-needs clients, participating in staff meetings, building relationships with schools, juvenile courts, law enforcement, and hospitals, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, contractual obligations, and licensing. Must be able to work a regular schedule to 7PM, be on-call, and travel to community locations. Qualifications emphasize BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal skills, and driving requirements; driving and background checks are required. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in human services, psychology, social work, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience. One year of experience may substitute for one year of education.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals experiencing serious emotional disturbances.
