Job Summary
Provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises via telephonic contact. Conduct outreach calls to individuals assessed by mobile crisis to promote safety and facilitate appropriate service linkage for programs and community resources. Demonstrate high-level clinical knowledge in means restriction and adhere to ethical standards while promoting departmental collaboration with cross-functional departments, community agencies, and the public. Attend team meetings, in-service training, supervision, and quality assurance training. Maintain effective communication skills through written, verbal, and virtual methods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- One year experience preferred
