Crisis Bed Shift Supervisor- Part-time / On Call

Job Summary
Oversee the Crisis Bed Program space during the assigned shift, providing direct client care to children and adolescents with behavioral health needs. Lead and supervise staff on the unit, manage administrative tasks (utilization, capacity, supplies, meals, maintenance), and document milieu and case management from intake to discharge. Deliver solution-focused and trauma-informed interventions to maintain safety, build skills, and address problem solving and relationship conflicts. Create an engaging unit milieu to support therapeutic care, assess warning signs and risk factors for suicide or harm, maintain professional, trauma-informed interactions with children, families, and stakeholders, and ensure accurate incident reporting. Responsibilities also include completing initial assessments and admissions, coordinating goals from approved plans, and ensuring staff development and compliance with policies. Requires travel for tasks; 8-hour shifts with weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in social work, psychology, or a related Social or Human Services field
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
