Job Summary
Line Cook position at an upscale hotel/restaurant requiring interchangeable operation across kitchen stations, proficient knife work, safe handling of equipment, timely food preparation aligned with recipes and standards, ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, and availability for full-time evening shifts including holidays. Must have strong communication, sanitation, and organizational skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 75 lbs, and demonstrate stamina for long shifts; prior experience in both hot and cold prep and willingness to cover other stations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- three (3) years cooking experience preferably in culinary program or three (3) years fine dining cooking experience
