Job Summary
Criminal Law Specialist (m/f/diverse) at Continental ContiTech HQ seeks a central criminal-law expert to advise the business, develop and improve the global Compliance Management System focused on criminal law, monitor regulatory developments, and drive global compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include handling compliance case management, prioritizing and assigning investigations, overseeing ongoing investigations, strengthening the whistleblowing system through training and communication, preparing case statistics and management reporting, defining measures for violations, and functionally leading the Compliance Case Management team with stakeholders worldwide. Requires a fully qualified lawyer or legal counsel with relevant experience; strong analytical and communication skills; German and English proficiency; and the ability to work independently within a global, intercultural environment. Hybrid work arrangement in Hannover, Germany.
