Job Summary
Provides security and rehabilitation services to sentenced offenders and performs case management within the Criminal Justice Services Department, including development of a Supervision Plan, activity checklists, treatment referrals, and progress monitoring in a residential setting. Requires completion and maintenance of crisis intervention and Motivational Interviewing certifications per Colorado's Division of Criminal Justice, and the ability to prepare documentation, conduct safety activities, supervise residents, and coordinate with vendors and the public sector; may involve driving county vehicles and potential disaster-service duties. Strong emphasis on professional communication, client assessment, and collaboration with Probation, Parole, and community partners.
