Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for all aspects of the retail operation, including on-floor sales, customer service and retention, staff coaching and development, hiring and performance management, inventory control, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals; engage in community activities and business development while modeling excellent customer service and handling escalations; demonstrate solid technical competence with products and services and own store issues by identifying challenges and implementing improvement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Two years proven retail sales experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
- Two years of experience in selecting, managing and developing employees (proven leadership skills)
- Pre-Employment background check required
