Cricket Wireless Retail Store Manager

Run all aspects of the retail business including on-floor sales, business operations, outside marketing, customer service, retention, employee training, and inventory management. Assure attainment of net sales and revenue goals by developing and implementing sales strategies. Assume direct responsibility for day-to-day store operations while coaching and developing retail staff. Participate in the staffing process, including hiring and performance management, and promote positive customer experiences by modeling service and handling escalations. Demonstrate solid technical competence for all products and services sold, engage in community activities and business development, and proactively identify challenges to create improvement plans. Requires two years of retail sales experience and two years managing employees.
