CRIBL Data Modeling and Log Pipeline Engineer W-2 ONLY

Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain CRIBL data models and log pipelines; participate in an on-call roster. Apply enterprise security principles to build and support security tooling (SIEM, XDR, vulnerability management, DLP, endpoint security); develop automation and integrations using Python and Bash. Strong knowledge of security best practices, threat detection, defensive security strategies; experience with Linux and Windows OS, system hardening, and secure configuration. Familiarity with networking concepts, security protocols, and secure system design; hands-on CRIBL data modeling experience and security framework familiarity (NIST CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, CMS MARS-E) preferred. Certifications such as CISSP or Security+ are a plus. This is a 100% remote role with potential in-office travel as described, and no sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- CRIBL Data Modeling and Log Pipeline Design and Implementation
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and engineering principles.
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise security tools (SIEM, XDR, Vulnerability Management, DLP, endpoint security).
- Experience developing automation and integrations using scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity Best Practices, threat detection, and defensive security strategies.
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, including system hardening and security configuration.
- Understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and secure system design.
