CRF Clinical Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day clinical services at the Central Receiving Facility (CRF). Provide supervision to clinical staff, including masters’ and bachelor’s level clinicians and interns, ensuring timely documentation and completion of interventions. Conduct assessments and deliver individual/family sessions, group therapeutic activities, and discharge planning for adults and children. Develop and monitor behavioral treatment plans, respond to agitation or violence, and communicate admissions to agency staff and partners. Schedule clinical staff and on-call coverage in Paycom; lead the treatment team to advocate for patient care and ensure readiness to present. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to maintain or improve quality of service delivery, perform chart audits, and ensure compliance with audit standards. Maintain attention to detail, work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while leveraging knowledge of community resources and ensuring effective communication with community organizations.
