Job Summary
Oversee theater operations by managing shifts, training employees, and handling guest complaints while ensuring compliance with state laws. Assign tasks to Team Members across HR, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Projection, and Facilities, and maintain inventory and food safety standards. Complete nightly closing paperwork, prepare shift deposits, and manage building keys for opening and closing. Monitor staff performance, conduct interviews and orientation, and resolve guest recovery situations. Work 50+ hours weekly in a loud environment, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and leadership experience
- 1-2 years of theater experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of theater experience preferred
