Job Summary
Crew Supervisor assists the General Manager and Managers in theater operations. Main duties include shift management, training employees, handling guest complaints, shift deposits, and completing nightly closing paperwork and duties. Provides high-quality guest service, ensures guest safety and product quality, trains new and existing employees for crew positions, monitors food safety and sanitation, and supports marketing promotions. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus 1-2 years of theater experience and a high school diploma. The role is an hourly, on-site position with building keys, and emphasizes supervision of crew, adherence to policies, and maintaining theater operations standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous customer service and leadership experience required.
- 1-2 years of theater experience preferred.
