Job Summary
Crew Supervisor leads and oversees restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, focusing on quality, service, and atmosphere. Responsible for training and coaching shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, product recipes, food safety, and daily routines; assists the GM with business planning, inventory control, labor optimization, and achieving P&L goals. The role requires organizing, motivating a team, managing customer reactions, executing health and safety standards, and driving fan-visit engagement through excellent service and a positive store environment. Strong emphasis on leadership, training, coaching, and hands-on management of operations, inventory, and safety procedures in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience (required)
- Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred
- ServSafe certification (Must be ServSafe certifiable)
- Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor
- Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
