Job Summary
As a Crew Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Energy Technicians, coaching and training them while conducting installations of residential energy efficiency upgrades. You will represent your company to customers and contractors, track project progress, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Strong leadership and industry experience are essential for this role.
