Job Summary
Oversee daily compliance with FAR 117 and FAR 121 regulations, monitoring operations for disruptions to resolve real-time regulatory concerns. Provide daily legality status reports to Crew hubs and OCC Management while conducting scenario analyses to mitigate compliance risks. Coordinate directly with crew members to resolve scheduling issues, including Must Take Off times, and ensure efficient utilization of Pilots and Flight Attendants. Make recommendations to management regarding procedural improvements and system enhancements. Perform work primarily in a computer-based environment under critical deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in Crew Services
- Knowledge of FAR 117 and 121 Crew Duty and Rest Regulations
- Strong leadership skills and experience building on employee strengths and teambuilding
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Able to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
- Minimal physical exertion such as pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting boxes, bags, files, and electronic equipment not more than 30 lbs
