Job Summary
Crew Members provide friendly customer service, take orders, prepare and package food and beverages, operate cash registers, process payments, maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant (including back of house, lobby, and restrooms), assist with food prep and dishwashing, restock supplies, promote new menu items, and support opening/closing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 16, have legal right to work in the US, and be able to work flexible hours. Training and supervision are implied; duties may change over time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old or older (must provide proof of age and work permit if under 18 years old)
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Good hygiene
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
