Crew Recruitment Officer

Identify vacant positions in assistance with the Planning team and source new candidates per HSQEEn standards. Screen CVs in consultation with stakeholders, authenticate documents, and conduct preliminary certificate checks against company standards. Arrange MINTRA tests via email, schedule interviews for Marine and Technical personnel, and update advertisements on regular intervals. Identify training needs and inform the Planning team of requirements to ensure statutory compliance. Manage travel and accommodation for Senior officers and ETOs while utilizing the company's applicant tracking system. Requires minimum five years of experience recruiting Seafarers for Gas/Chemical/Oil vessels.
