Crew Planner Rostering - Fixed Term Contract

Crew Planner – Rostering responsible for developing and managing crew rosters to meet operational, contractual, and regulatory requirements; optimise rosters, monitor and analyse crew plans to optimize performance and manage operational risk; support Workforce Management projects and initiatives; provide accurate and timely crewing information to stakeholders; identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency; build strong relationships with internal stakeholders; promote and maintain safe and secure work practices; requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, stakeholder communication, and competency in Excel; comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment. Preferred experience includes workforce planning, rostering/scheduling systems, and knowledge of workforce management principles.
