CREW PERSON

Delivers fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests while consistently following Wendy's QSC standards and time requirements. Assists others when needed, promotes teamwork to achieve restaurant goals, and adheres to all behaviors, safety policies, and security procedures. Performs a variety of maintenance and cleaning jobs including taking out the trash, changing the trash, doing the dishes, scrubbing walls and floors, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning restrooms. Unloads supplies during deliveries, completes station preparation and stocking, and ensures the station remains clean. Follows directions for new product implementation and reports malfunctioning equipment.
