CREW PERSON

Delivers fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests while consistently following Wendy's QSC standards and time requirements. Assists others with proper procedures, promotes teamwork, and executes all workplace safety policies including fire and robbery protocols. Performs a variety of maintenance and cleaning jobs such as mopping, scrubbing, and dishwashing to ensure cleanliness and sanitation. Unloads supplies during deliveries and assists in station preparation and stocking. Adheres to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and reports malfunctioning equipment or accidents as directed. Works $12.00-$14.00 hourly in a fast-paced environment focused on satisfying guests and maintaining high food safety practices.
