Crew Operations Specialist - Disney Cruise Line

Oversee day-to-day Crew arrivals, embarks and debarks in the APAC region and provide onsite support for Crew turn in Singapore. Coordinate transportation and training logistics to ensure Crew are transported to training and port of embarkation, liaise with Port Agents to audit operations against Disney standards, and serve as the primary link between Procurement Allies and internal partners. Manage onboarding and training logistics (D-Learn management, Trad onboarding supplies, nametag/ID ordering) and handle Crew movement inquiries, escalations, and resolution in collaboration with shipboard and shoreside leadership. Support onboarding, training coordination, and emergency coverage for Crew movements, while maintaining strong communication with partners and providing creative, proactive solutions to operational challenges. Requires flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Preferred experience in cruise, travel or hospitality; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is a plus. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
