Job Summary
As the Crew Operations Specialist in Singapore, oversee day-to-day movement and support of all Disney Cruise Line crew in the APAC region. Sustain relationships with Port Agents, Terminal Operations, Crew Travel and Training to manage operations and logistics related to crew arrivals, onboarding, and training. Serve as primary liaison for returning crew between regional Procurement Allies and internal partners, provide onsite support for crew onboarding and turn processes, coordinate D-Learn and onboarding supplies, manage communications inquiries, and escalate issues to leadership as needed. Must be flexible with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include managing crew arrivals/debarks, coordinating transportation and training logistics, auditing partner operations to Disney standards, supporting leadership and partners shipboard and shoreside, handling onboarding documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of crew inquiries. Preferred education includes Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong experience in cruise, travel or hospitality industries and a proven track record in global operations and cross-functional collaboration.
