Job Summary
Deliver pleasant and prompt service to customers while preparing menu items according to outlined procedures. Maintain complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and processes to proactively deliver high-quality Mexican products. Operate Point of Sales and EFTPOS machines, manage Australian currency and loyalty cards, and keep workstations clean and organized. Report to the Restaurant Manager and collaborate within the Sales and Line team. Required Qualifications
- Advanced English skills (if non-native)
- RSA certificate
- Ability to multitask and work in a really fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills and capability of learning Point of Sales and EFTPOS machine operation
- General understanding of Australian currency, payment methods and loyalty cards
- Outgoing and approachable personality
- Patience and eagerness to help customers
- Capability of maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work station
- Willingness to learn and a proactive, enthusiastic personality
- Good communication skills and great ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and 'always moving' attitude
