Job Summary
Crew Member at Wendy’s responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include handling drive-thru and fry preparation shifts, stocking items (ketchup, straws, cups), helping teammates and customers, taking and receiving direction, learning new tasks, and ensuring customers are happy. Must be able to stand/move for most or all of a shift, lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally, wear a headset, operate restaurant equipment, and follow brand standards. Required Qualifications
