Job Summary
Conduct full-service restaurant operations by standing and moving for most of your shift, handling weather-related tasks at the drive-thru, and maintaining brand standards. Fill out stock supplies like ketchup and cups, operate equipment including the order taking system and grill, and ensure all food and service areas meet quality expectations. Pitch in to help your crew and customers, taking and receiving direction as a pro while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Lift up to 25kg now and then and handle any issues that don't seem right by making them right immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Solid social skills
- You see whatever's low - ketchup, straws, cups - and you fill it back up
- You pitch in and help your crew and customers
- You take and receive direction like a pro
- You want to learn something new and be a part of something good
- If something doesn't seem right, you make it right
- Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- Lift up to 5kg – 25kg
- Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, litter picking, taking rubbish out in the summer, etc
- Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a order taking system or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines
