Job Summary
Holds the Guest as the top priority by calmly handling high-pressure situations and resolving concerns using LAST with respect and urgency. Acknowledges all Guests, educates them on the product line, and communicates feedback to management while maintaining inside and outside cleanliness standards. Actively participates in safety, sanitation, and uniform requirements, and assists in training new Crew Members. Responds positively to coaching, takes on new assignments, and demonstrates accountability for behavior and performance. Capable of counting money, making change, and operating restaurant equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Must also be able to lift 30 lbs
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests needs and exceed their expectations
