Job Summary
Wash and prepare raw food ingredients, operate power-driven machinery, and cook, sauté, boil, and fry food products according to recipes and health regulations. Assure food is cooked, reheated, cooled, dated, rotated, and stored properly. Assist with serving orders while tending to guest needs and demonstrate complete understanding of the menu. Requires a food handlers permit, basic math skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Competitive wages including tips, pay every Friday, and medical benefits.
