Job Summary
Washes and prepares raw food ingredients, follows recipes from printed recipe cards or by memory according to company operators manual; operates power-driven machinery to prepare food ingredients; cooks, sautés, boils and fries food products; ensures food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, properly dated, rotated and stored per health regulations; demonstrates complete understanding of the menu; assists with serving orders while tending to guests' needs. Must hold a food handlers permit and show a strong commitment to quality customer service, teamwork, accuracy, and thoroughness in a fast-paced environment with good communication and basic math skills.
