Job Summary
Crew Member at Tom Lovelace Group (Papa Murphy’s franchisee) responsible for front of house and back of house duties including greeting guests, handling phone and online orders, assisting with menu selections and add-on sales, wrapping and presenting pizzas, cash handling, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Works across stations, supports running duties, learns dough preparation and product handling per Papa Murphy’s performance standards, and ensures timely order delivery to guests while upholding quality and teamwork. Requires strong communication, basic math, reliability, and ability to stand/walk for shifts; includes potential lifting up to 30 pounds and adherence to uniform standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills required
- Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
