Crew Member

Crew Member responsibilities span both front-of-house and back-of-house duties: greeting guests, taking and processing orders (including phone and online orders), assisting guests with menu selections, handling cash and transactions, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked work area. Duties include preparing and wrapping pizzas, following portion charts, learning equipment operation (mixer, sheeter, dicer) as needed, and performing runner/dish duties as directed. Emphasis on teamwork, reliability, punctuality, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards. Must be able to stand/walk regularly, perform lifting up to 30 pounds, and maintain a welcoming, efficient environment consistent with store performance standards. Education and certifications such as a Food Handlers Card or Serve Safe are preferred but not required.
