Job Summary
Greet guests, handle phone and online orders, and present pizzas within the 3-minute door-to-door service time while maintaining a clean, well-stocked area. Prioritize tasks that could jeopardize store operations, wrap pizzas properly, and process cash, checks, and food stamp transactions according to performance standards. Assist with menu selections, add-on sales, and carry pizzas to guests' cars as needed. Learn to operate mixers, sheeters, and dicers if required, and perform runner or dish person duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
