Job Summary
Greet guests, handle phone and online orders, and present pizzas within the 3-minute door-to-door service time. Work counter stations, assist with menu selections and add-on sales, and wrap pizzas properly. Maintain assigned areas, restock, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met. Perform back-of-house tasks like mixing dough, sheeting crusts, and rotating products. Follow Performance Standards and cash handling procedures while building positive relationships with team members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
