Job Summary
Greet guests, handle phone and online orders, and present pizzas within 3 minutes. Work all counter stations, assist with menu selections, and process transactions using proper cash handling techniques. Maintain assigned areas, keep stations neat and stocked, and rotate products to ensure quality. Perform runner or dish person duties as directed, mix dough, sheet crusts, and follow all sanitation and safety standards. Wear a clean uniform, prioritize tasks that impact store operations, and uphold performance standards while building positive relationships with guests and the team.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills required
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
