Job Summary
Manage the restaurant floor by smiling, maintaining eye contact, and speaking enthusiastically to create emotional connections with guests. Deliver consistent, cheerful service while ensuring teamwork and helping others throughout the shift. Participate in the monthly Fan satisfaction bonus program to earn employee bonuses. Complete on-the-job training to master one area before learning another, with a guaranteed raise schedule after training. Schedule is flexible and can be adjusted via an app to accommodate personal commitments. Prior customer service or fast-casual restaurant experience is preferred.
