Job Summary
Conduct customer service duties by smiling, maintaining eye contact, and speaking enthusiastically to create emotional connections with guests. Manage the restaurant floor while upholding consistency, reliability, and a cheerful, positive attitude that values teamwork. Assist with serving and helping others as part of the Chill Staff AM/PM team. Full-time or part-time schedule available with flexible hours managed via app. Guaranteed raises and monthly fan satisfaction bonuses provided after training. Extensive on-the-job training offered to master multiple areas.
