Job Summary
The Crew Member is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging customers, demonstrating knowledge of wash packages and promotions, and ensuring that vehicles are in proper condition before entering the car wash tunnel. Key responsibilities include guiding customers safely, cleaning the facility, and following company policies and procedures. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, show flexibility in work hours, and pass a background screening.
