Job Summary
Engage customers by delivering the highest level of service, demonstrate knowledge of wash packages and promotions, and explain Loyalty and Rewards membership programs. Safely utilize car wash equipment, support customers in operating machinery, and perform general upkeep and maintenance of grounds and facilities. Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures while handling duties as assigned. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50lbs, and working in fast-moving outdoor environments with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and pass a background screening.
