Job Summary
The Crew Member at Spotless Brands is responsible for delivering a high-quality car wash experience by operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with customers. Essential duties include guiding vehicles through the wash, performing vehicle inspections, promoting wash packages, and assisting in site maintenance. Crew Members must possess strong customer service and communication skills and be adaptable to various tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (or older where required by law or safety regulations)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create joyful, memorable guest experiences
- Effective verbal communication
- Ability to adapt quickly and shift between tasks based on operational needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing or outdoor role preferred
