Job Summary
The Crew Member at Spotless Brands is responsible for delivering a high-quality car wash experience, operating wash equipment, prepping vehicles, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting customer sales. The role requires strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 16 years of age, with a preference for those having previous customer-facing experience and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
