Job Summary
Restaurant Team Member duties include taking orders and making accurate changes quickly, providing food service with enthusiasm, packaging items, preparing drinks and ice cream treats, cooking on the grill and fry station as needed, and maintaining cleanliness of the drive-in. The role supports multiple stations (Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Drive-Thru) and requires a flexible, team-focused attitude, effective communication, and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
