Job Summary
Conduct daily safety monitoring, café service, party hosting, front desk operations, and membership sales across multiple departments. Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment while providing a friendly, memorable experience for park members and guests. Work flexible shifts during operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while engaging with large groups in a busy indoor setting. Lift and move up to 20 pounds and remain stationary or mobile as needed to accommodate guest and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
