Job Summary
Conduct daily operations across multiple stations including court monitoring, café service, party hosting, front desk duties, and membership sales while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Engage directly with park members and guests to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience in a busy, loud indoor setting. Work flexible schedules during operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while physically capable of standing, sitting, and lifting up to 20 pounds for extended periods. Must be 16 years or older with comfort in high-volume environments. Compensation ranges from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour based on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
