Job Summary
Conduct daily operations across multiple departments including Court Monitor, Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales stations. Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Engage with large groups in a busy, often loud indoor setting, requiring the ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods. Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds to accommodate guest and safety needs. Perform duties during flexible operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
