Job Summary
Crew Member opportunities at Sky Zone are part-time, onsite roles across stations such as Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. Responsibilities include working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Must be able to sit/stand/move for long periods and lift at least 20 pounds. Flexible scheduling is required to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in high-volume, customer-facing roles is ideal but not required; customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours (including evenings, weekends, and some holidays).
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
