Job Summary
Conduct daily operations across multiple departments including Court Monitor, Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales stations. Provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment for park members and guests. Work a flexible schedule during operational hours, which may include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest and safety needs, lifting a minimum of 20 pounds. Communicate frequently with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours
- This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs and requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
